So what's it all about?

What is all this NLP guitar stuff about then? Good question. The guitar part I am going to make an assumption that you are aware what a guitar is and what you do with it. You'd be forgiven for not knowing so much about NLP though.

NLP short for Neuro Linguistic Programming. A concept formulated and put forward by John Grinder and Richard Bandler. The study of excellence and the brain and language patterns used to achieve it. The way you speak to yourself matters. The way you speak to others matters, the way you think matters. Understanding how people who have excelled, think and talk is a useful tool. How do they visualise things? This can be done by asking them or asking people who have asked them. Modelling how others have achieved the results you are seeking is a great way of fast tracking and moving your progress forward.
